Some stylish new threads

I made time today to catch up with the Melbourne tat and chat group. It has been a few months since I have seen these wonderful people and of course I was tempted by Lea’s threads. The time I spend with this group always fills my soul, between the great company and beautiful patterns and threads it is one of the best self care options in my world.

It always starts out innocently enough, helping another tatter decide on colours that ‘pop’ for a new project. Then my eye gets caught by a pretty variegated combination or contrasting solid. One skein gets put in front of me and then, before I know it, some more jump into the pile! But, oh how they make me smile! Here is a picture of the threads I purchased today…and please note a couple more were put back šŸ˜‰.

I have a project in mind for some of them…now to finish all my crochet projects and get back to tatting.

Until next time

Happy tatting
